What you can expect from this course

During this two-hour course we will examine the three parts of AI in Christian education:

• Philosophy
• Principles
• Practices

Philosophy

We will establish a philosophical and theological foundation from which we can think Christianly about AI in Education. We will discuss the LEAD framework, which calls us to:

• Living under Lordship
• Engaging Ethically
• Adapting Appropriately
• Discussing Discerningly

Principles

We will discuss 10 guiding principles that inform our use of Artificial Intelligence. These principles serve as our compass, ensuring that our use of AI is seasoned with wisdom and discernment.

Practices

As we move from theory to action, we'll explore practical strategies for using AI within Christian schools. We will cover the basics of AI prompting3 and examine potential teacher use cases, such as
